Request A Temporary Agent ID and Password
- If you have not submitted a case to GWINS but are interested in previewing our site, you can obtain a temporary Agent ID and password.
- The functionality of the site will be slightly limited. You will want to submit your first case soon so you may obtain a permanent Agent ID and password with full functionality.
- If you lost your password, you can look it up with your GWINS Agent ID.
- If you have submitted a case and this is your first time visiting the glatfelterwins.com site, you can look up your permanent password.
- If you submitted a case with GWINS but do not know your Agent ID, we can look up your Agent ID and password and contact you using the information you provide.
When you choose to have your Log On remembered, you will not have to log on the next time you visit the site.
The "Remember My Log On" feature can be activated on any computer you choose. Please note, since you will be automatically logged on, anyone using your computer will have access to your account.
Logging off the site will stop your current web session, although if you choose to have your Log On remembered, you will be logged on automatically the next time you visit the site. To remove the "Remember My Log On" feature, follow the removal link on the log off page. The next time you visit the site, you will be required to log on.
