When trying to print in the Quote Now Illustration System my printer is not listed as an option. The new PDF Print option allows you to email the agent or yourself the Quote in a matter of seconds. The advantages to using this system are: 1. Lower your printing costs. 2. Email the client the proposal directly avoiding unreadable faxes. 3. Easily save and archive proposals in a PDF format on your computer. Possible Solution 2: When you select print and your printer is not listed, look for and select a button labeled "Printer Settings". There is a drop down list that you can access and select your printer. If your printer is still not listed, proceed to solution 2. Possible Solution 3: When accessing Quote Now you are actually logging onto GWINS's servers remotely from your computer. In order to print to your printer, GWINS technicians need to set up your print driver on GWINS's servers. For instructions on how to set up your print driver please follow these simple steps.
