This will open Internet Options Properties box. Look for the section "Temporary Internet Files" and select the button "Delete Files".
Then check the box the states "Delete all offline content". Then select the OK button.
Once this is complete close this window by selecting OK, and then close the Web browser altogether by selecting the X in the upper right corner. Then, reopen and try to log on again. The Web site automatically logs me in. How do I make it so I can type in agent #s and passwords again? When you log on to the Web site, you will have the option to remember you log on information so in the future you do not have to type it in.
To undo this option, select the logoff option at the top of the screen.
Then select the link that states, "In the future do not remember my log on". Then, return to the home page and you will have access the log on and password screen.
