The Install Shield Wizard button does not appear. What do I do?
If the Install Shield Wizard does not appear, it can take up to 30 seconds to prompt you to install it. Once you are prompted to install the Install Shield Wizard, select yes. It then will appear and you can proceed with the download of the software.
If you wait over 30 seconds and it does not prompt you to install, contact our Web support at 888-246-0011.
