In the center of the home page after logging on to the site there is a section labeled "GWINS Case Control Center". Below this you will find the links for Case Status.
What if my cases are not showing up under my agent # and password? If you case is not showing up please varify that the case was submitted under that particular agent # and password. It could be listed under the agency's agent # and password or possibly under an old agent # and password. If this is not the case contact Web support at 888-246-0011.
